I am not responsible for any claims made about the use of Sulfur base on the information described on this website. You are acknowledged that Sulfur is a toxic mineral as such has to be handling with care. Wash your hands after handling and do not consume. Do not rub on skin or touch your eyes. Keep away from children. You are responsible for the proper use of the mineral and the care of your health and family. Sulfur is for display purposes only.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check the order confirmation. You should notify immediately by email if any mistake was made. This action should be taken before any payment is being processed (generally within one day after purchasing) after that period of time the details stayed in the Confirmation order applies.
The sell is made when you offer by clicking and placing an order and by me accepting the payment. However I reserve the right to decline any order and don’t process any payment without giving a reason. I don’t process any order until the whole payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been approved.
All transactions carried out through this website are deemed to be completed within the Republic Of Ireland and under application of Irish Law and Irish Jurisdiction

Prices are charge in Euro. If you using an International Bank outside Ireland with different currency, the currency exchange will be made by your bank, the price compare to Euro may differ. You will be billed in Euros.

Please note I reserve the right to cancel the order in case the goods that you ordered are out of stock.
Please note I reserve the right to cancel your order in case I cannot delivery to your Country or area.
Please note I reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a mistake on the pricing due to mistyping or an error on the pricing giving by the supplier.
In case of cancelling the order I will re-credited your account any sum deducted from your credit card within 30 days of your order. I am not obliged to offer any compensation for disappointments.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can request a refund. The item has to be in the same conditions as sent including packaging.
If you wish to return an item you should contact me within 5 days after your purchase. If you wish to return the item after 5 days of purchase, unfortunately there wont be any refund made and the item is marked as sold
Generally they are photographed before going into the packaging for record purposes. The postage of return is on your own expensive and risk.
If the returned Crystal or item is damaged during return delivery, you will be charge before processing your refund. Your refund will be process once the item has safely arrives back to the store.
This return policy only applies if the received item/Crystal clearly differs from the one you have purchased on the website. Please note all Crystal and items have height and weight clearly stated on the item description. Colours may differ from the one shown on the pictures as consequence of lightening or photography purposes.
Please note all Crystals and items have more than one picture taken on the website. These pictures may show all the features regarding the Crystal or Item. There is not misleading information.
Please note Crystals are natural or hand-polished as such you won’t find any perfection at all you should expect natural uneven shaping, texture and colours.

According to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the right to know what your information will be use for. When you making your payment your data will be use for processing payment and delivery purposes only.
Your privacy is protected. Payments are made through Paypal and/or Stripe. They offer a high encryption tools to keep online transactions protected and prevent fraud. I do not hold any information regarding payment or Credit Cards. Revolut is also an alternative payment solution. You can contact me for more details.
