Shipping Information
- You are responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery information. If your product is return to me due to an error or impossibility to deliver for whatever reason, you are responsible for re-ordering or repeating the delivery costs.
- Please note that if your shipping address is outside Ireland, customs, import taxes and duties may apply in your place of residence, you are responsible for those expenses.
- If the goods are lost by the courier or An post, the degree of your compensation depends on the service you paid for the shipping. Contact me if the delivery of the goods is taking more than normal. You are the owner of the product once is dispatch.
- I am not responsible for any delays once the products are dispatch and are in possession of the courier or An post. If you are buying high value on goods I strongly recommend you to buy a loss damage cover service. I am not responsible for delays caused by any events, including without limitation lockouts, strikes, natural events or breakdown systems.
- The expense of delivery is on you. You will be required to pay a rate for the delivery of your order. If ask I recommend you to chose a delivery service that provides appropriate levels of insurance to your goods, especially if you are buying large pieces of Crystals or high value on goods. This is to prevent lost after dispatch.

- Within Ireland and North Ireland up to 2kg Items are charge at flat rate of 6€. EU Countries 15€. US & Canada €20. Rest of the World €40
- Up to 15kg Ireland and North Ireland €15. EU Contries €25. US & Canada €40. Rest of the World €70
- Orders are processed and sent normally on the next day. You will receive an email confirmation and a notification that you order has been dispatched.
- You can expect orders from An post, DPD, UPS and TNT. International orders through DHL , FedEx, UPS. You will be notified which courier will bring your order.
